Sunday Night Bowling

This past sunday night I went bowling with a group of friends. I knew all but 2 of the people that were going. It was really fun and a great time to meet some new people. What was really nice about it all was that each game we played only cost 25 cents. Below is some pictures of that night.

Youth Harvest Fest

Here are pictures of the Youth's Harvest Fest. It was a whole lot of fun and a blast to see all of the kids enjoy themselves. And it was also neat to see what type of outfits the kids came up with.

JBQ

Its time again for Junior Bible Quizing and Caleb and Josh are doing it this year. Today was the first match of the session and they did pretty good. Caleb got a total of 185 points and Josh got 115 points. And the team came in 9th place. I have a picture of the team all in their cute red shirts.

Baggage

Okay so all of my closest friends are having big troubles right now and it just happens to be coming all at once. I have been having this trouble with the a guy I met. We were just friends and talking to each other all of the time, but over this weekend we didn't talk at all so when I got back onto campus he seemed to not want to talk to me and started acting really strange around me. So I thought there was something up and that he didn't like me as a friend anymore. Well my one friend said that she would try to help me in the situation. She did get a chance to ask him if he was mad at me or if there was something wrong and he said that he wasn't mad at me and that there was nothing wrong. So eventually he started to talk to me again and I asked if there was anything new and his responds was that "i have a gf but its not official yet." Oh and I forgot to mention that during chapel today we were to let go of things that were holding us back from getting to know God and grow in Him. So I gave God my problem with the guy because it was taking up all of my time. Then right after service we went to lunch and I saw him there with another girl and they were hugging and he was acting different then the way he usually acts with his other girl buds. So my first thought was he found another girl and I told my friends that and they said that its probably nothing. Well then I when they were walking out of the cafeteria they were holding hands, so right there told me that it was something. So I am really glad that I let go of that problem and gave it to God because if I didn't let it all go I probably would have been really hurt at seeing that. So luckily I am so glad that he finally told me this and talked to me cause now I don't feel like he's mad at me or anything in that nature. And I know understand why he wasn't talking to me and I am ok with it. But to top it all off I started talking to another guy and we are becoming very close as friends and he knows that I am not looking for a relationship so hopefully nothing turns out as bad as the other one did.

Ok so I am not the only one who is having the trouble or baggage on my back my one friends has a problem with her two roommates getting into her stuff and not asking before using. And they are starting to accuse her for all of the problems. So she does not know what to do about it. We keep telling her to talk to our RA and ask her to help in the situation. So tonight she finally did ask the Ra for help and has it pretty much all figured out.

And another friend is dealing with problems that keep happening back home. And she is getting all of her roommates baggage on top of it.

I just ask that you pray for all of us here that all of the problems will be straighten out correctly and that nothing else will happen that shouldn't. I also ask that you pray for all of us who have the strength to get through the problems that we still have to deal with.

WHY DOES MY ROOM SMELL SO BAD?

Ok for the past week our toilet has been clogged and we don't know why. We have told our RA about it and she has told security but they didn't come sunday night and they said they couldn't do anything about it. But they did say that they would call the mataince and have them fix it. And yesturday it really started to smell really bad so we kept the door closed until he came today to fix it. and now our room smells worse than before so the whole day I am not going into my room until i know the smell is gone. Hopefully it doesn't happen again and that the smell gets out of the room quickly.
